During Q2, we identified and recorded 74 transactions, 16 of which took place in the private sector. The Total Contract Value (TCV) was disclosed in 61% of the cases, with values ranging from €1 million to €160 million. The largest disclosed deal was a four-year (2+1+1) standard software tender from the municipality of Rotterdam, awarded to Protinus IT, with a contract value of €160 million.

• RECENT TRANSACTIONS 2025 Q1

During Q1, we identified and registered 65 transactions, 6 of which occurred in the private sector. The Total Contract Value (TCV) was disclosed in 73% of the cases, ranging from €1 million to €90 million. The transaction with the highest disclosed contract value (€90 million) was the 8-year (4+1+1+1+1) standard IT hardware tender for Dutch Railways (NS), awarded to Bechtle, Dustin, and Protinus.

• RECENT TRANSACTIONS 2024 Q4

During Q4 we identified and registered 59 transactions, 15 of which took place in the private sector. In 73% of the cases the TCV (Total Contract Value) was disclosed with values between € 1m and € 788m. The transaction with the largest disclosed contract value (€ 788m€) was the 4 year ICT professionals secondment tender for the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations (BZK). The tender consisted of three different lots, which have been awarded as follows:
Lot 1: ICT Professionals for the Administrative Department+ has been awarded to Ceasar Group, Hero Interim Professionals, ItaQ, Ordina, Staffing Now, and Synprofs.
Lot 2: ICT Professionals for Logius has been awarded to Between Holding, Cim Solutions, Ordina, Synprofs, and Ukomst.
Lot 3: ICT Professionals for SSC-ICT has been awarded to Bluetrail, Cegeka, Cim Solutions, Headfirst, LinkIT, Synprofs, and Ukomst.

In 86% of the cases the TCV (Total Contract Value) was disclosed with values between € 1m and € 548m. The transaction with the largest disclosed contract value (€ 548m€) was the 6 year (4+1+1) ICT professionals secondment tender for the ICTU (ICT Uitvoeringsorganisatie) awarded to Circle8, Flexvalue, Hero Interim Professionals and Hinttech.

The transaction with the largest disclosed contract value (€ 600m€) was the 8 year (4+2+2) ICT professionals secondment tender for the Gasunie awarded to CGI, Brunel, Ilionx, Accenture, Cegeka, Sogeti, Vitas and Harvey Nash.
